Strigo Vineyards is a family-owned winery with a story to tell.
Established in 2020, Strigo is the culmination of Joe and Ana Maria Murabito's winemaking journey, which began in 2003. After relocating to the Central New York area in 2010, they found their ideal location in 2018. On their land, Joe meticulously researched and planted three distinct grape varietals ideally suited to the region's cooler climate. Since then, he has dedicated himself to mastering these varieties, employing innovative techniques to craft exceptional wines that truly reflect the unique character of their land.
Sustainability
The sun plays a vital role beyond just providing light and nurturing grapes at Strigo.
Strigo Vineyards operates almost entirely on solar energy, utilizing innovative technology from WestGen, a family-owned business located in Los Angeles, California.
Our solar panel system, comprising over 130 panels, channels energy into a 75kW battery bank, which powers our entire property.
